Admissions – Applying for a place

Every child is entitled to 15 hours of free childcare. Working parents who meet the eligibility criteria may apply for 30 hours of free childcare.  Parents have the option to pay for extended hours if there child is not eligible for 30 hours. 
Please post or email completed expression of interest form to Mrs Harris at financelead@inspire.victoriousmat.org  Our Admissions Policy is applied when processing Nursery applications (please see below).
Hours are as follows:
30 hour places are 8.45am – 2.45pm
15 hour AM places are 8.45am – 11.45am
15 hour PM places are 12.15pm – 3.15pm
We offer 30 hour and 15 hour Nursery places. Where children are eligible for 15 hour funding but attend a 30 hour session, a daily charge of £12 is payable. 
Admission to nursery takes place in September.  We do have an additional January and April intake for Nursery if places are available. Pupils are eligible to start at Nursery the term after they turn 3 years old.   Please note that unfortunately attendance at the Nursery does not guarantee a place in Reception at the Academy.
Lunch Charges – Children attending for 30 hours have the option of bringing a packed lunch or purchasing a school lunch. School lunches are charged at £2.65 per day. (The cost of a school meal from 01.09.2026 will be £2.95 per day.  Parents will be charged and can make payments via the Arbor App.
School Trips – Parents and Carers may be asked for a voluntary contributions towards the cost of school trips.  Trips are only able to go ahead where sufficient voluntary funds are received.
